AI Mock Interview Drives for Placement Cells

JBattle lets a Training & Placement Officer run a full mock-interview drive for an entire final-year batch without booking a single faculty hour. Create a campaign, paste your students' email addresses, and every candidate receives an interview link locked to their own account. Completion and scored reports land in one dashboard.

How a placement drive works

  1. Set the role, difficulty and duration once for the whole batch.
  2. Paste student email addresses — one per line, or comma separated.
  3. Each student gets an individual invite with a link locked to their email address.
  4. Students complete a voice interview, including a coding exercise for technical tracks.
  5. You see completion status, competency scores and the full report per candidate, and can export the batch as CSV.

What it costs

Nothing. There is no per-seat fee, no procurement cycle and no sales call — you create the campaign yourself and it runs immediately.

How student data is handled

Questions placement cells ask

How many students can one campaign invite?

Up to 500 candidate email addresses per campaign. Invitations are queued and sent in the background, so creating the campaign returns immediately no matter how large the batch is.

Do students need an account?

Students sign in with the Google account the invitation was sent to. Each interview link is locked to that address, so a forwarded link will not open for anybody else.

What does the placement officer actually see?

Per candidate: completion status, whether the invitation was delivered or bounced, an overall score, competency scores, and the full report including the interview transcript and any code the candidate wrote. The batch can be exported as CSV.

Is there a cost or a contract?

No. Campaigns are free and self-serve — there is no per-seat fee, no procurement cycle and no sales call required to run a drive.

Can anyone create a campaign in our college’s name?

No. An organisation name that identifies an institution can only be created from an address on that institution’s own email domain, never from personal webmail, and the verified domain is shown to candidates in the invitation.

How long is student data kept?

Interview transcripts, reports, invitations and links are deleted 24 months after they are created. A campaign and its reports can be deleted sooner on request. See the privacy and data-retention page for the full detail.
